Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I ordered make my own 2 lg thin pizzas. I got 2 different sizes. The adults pizza was thick ( which I don't like). So it was thick and dry. I had 2 pieces, eventually threw the rest of the pizza out. And I got a Cobb salad, the lettuce was very wilted. I was so disappointed. The pizzas aren't all that anymore.... 42.00 for just a large cheese w/ black olives that was for my grandsons. Not going anymore.

We ordered and picked up a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Delight pizza today. When we unpacked it, we found it had only 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Unacceptable! I called the store and offered to text the manager a photo of the uncooked pizza. He said we had to “bring the pizza back” to the store to see if he could replace or fix it. Another 30-minute drive each way to fix the store’s mistake? No thanks. Ridiculous!

Well... So much for my childhood. I grew up on Papa Murphy's. It's been years since I had it and I finally remembered their Tuesday deals! I ordered a regular olive and sausage pizza and they had it ready about 10 minutes early. Great! When I grabbed it off the rack, however, the crust looked VERY thin for a regular crust pizza. I asked the employees if it was supposed to look like that. They then proceeded to lie to my face, telling me "it will puff up in the oven." As you can see, it did not. This is a thin crust pizza (with very skimpy toppings) and I'm disappointed. Won't be returning.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Ivy the store manager is disrespectful to customers and aggressive towards customers. We don’t work FOR the company so yes we was customers have questions. When I come I can and order and leave and the customer behind me says “what’s her problem “ Ivy. So with the attitude/aggressiveness I go back into the restaurant and ask for supervisor contact and she says I’m manager and supervisor with a big smile! I told her ok, well I’ll call papa Murphy customer service. Well Marrissa called me shortly after. I spoke with her letting her know the disrespectfulness at this location and nasty attitude from Ivy. The fact Ivy said NO one will call me back because their busy is tarnishing. So disrespectful and so cold to customers. Marrissa the area supervisor stated they don’t read reviews. Well take this as an eye opener if your ordering from this location. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE reviews. Ok, No pineapple being ordered is clear now, such a sad location with awful attitude. Like I told Marrissa it’s the nastiness I received and another customer seeing it stating there was no need for the act. Owners can call me as well. My husband will be writing an review as well, he witnessed it as well. Awful location with store manager

Awesome service, I made a mistake while ordering my pizza online, and they fixed it on the spot for me! Great taste as well!
